What Is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy uses the ancient science of yoga to enhance the health & wellness at all levels of the person: physical, emotional and spiritual. It is applicable to groups or individuals with specific health challenges or injuries, those who are going through life changes or those who are simply striving for optimal health.

The healing journey is unique to each individual. Yoga therapy selects, adapts and modifies the practice for each individual with respect to specific physical and emotional challenges, also, age and culture/religion. Yoga Therapy uses techniques such as breath control (pranayama), physical movement (asana), and concentration (mindfulness) to improve your health and wellbeing and address areas of concerns.

If you prefer a shorter or longer session, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Kundalini Yoga Series

Join us for a powerful 3-month Kundalini Yoga series designed to cleanse, restore, and strengthen body and mind. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, energy-raising practice that can help revitalize your body, clear mental blockages, and deepen your connection to your true self.

Each class will incorporate specific Kriyas—a complete set of intentional actions that focus on targeted health benefits. Kriyas are a set of practices that involve physical actions, breathing techniques, and sound mantras to achieve a specific outcome. The word kriya is Sanskrit for "completed action.” Over the course of three months, you may experience the following improvements in your health.

Month 1: Cleansing and Detoxing the Lymphatic System – 1/14/25 – 2/4/25
In the first month, we focus on deep detoxification and purification, helping cleanse the lymphatic system, boost circulation, and eliminate toxins. You can expect to feel lighter, more energized, and mentally clearer as we activate the body’s natural ability to heal.

Month 2: Strengthening the Organs and Boosting Vitality – 2/11/25 – 3/4/25
In the second month, we will work on improving the functioning of vital organs, enhancing digestion, and optimizing energy flow throughout the body. With a focus on breathwork, specific Kriyas, and body movements, your vitality will soar, and your body will become more resilient.

Month 3: Building Willpower, Stamina, and Weight Loss – 3/11/25 – 4/1/25In the third month, you may start to feel the powerful effects of consistent practice. Your willpower, stamina and mental clarity may improve.   You may also notice changes in your physical body, including weight loss and a leaner physique. This practice will help you feel grounded and focused, ready to face challenges with confidence.

Consistency is key for lasting results, so commit to attending these transformative sessions and unlock your full potential.  Watch as your health and energy transform month by month.

Sound Journey

These Sessions include the use of sound healing instruments like chakra singing bowls & tuning forks in combination with Energy Healing.
