“I continue to enjoy and participate in yoga at elk rapids yoga flow, because of the staff and the classes offered. The studio is local and gives the option to be able to zoom classes. The instructors are very conscious of proper technique to prevent injury- giving many accommodation poses for our variety of aging bodies and past injuries. The instructors are caring individuals. I love that we have a variety of poses and flows that challenge and vary from week to week. Thank you for all you do.”
